I found both the owner Doug and the installers to be knowledgeable and courteous at all times. They offered alternatives that met our needs, such as doing updates to the existing duct work to increase the air flow capacity to bedrooms. "Great service - very trustworthy. I had an issue with my furnace last year and the tech who came out tried to tell my furnace was at its end of life and I should consider getting a new one. This guy took one look at the serial number and said that it was built in 2008....not anywhere near end of life. He showed me where to look for the error codes and explained the possible issue with the exhaust and intake pipes and modifications I should make to them.
I highly recommend Hi-Tech for any furnace or a/c issues you might have."

"I called in a pinch when I came home from work without heat. Doug took my call at about 5:30 and was very responsive. Even though we didn't end up needing him to come out, he took a lot of time out of his evening to walk me through some options and possibilities. If we need service in the future, I'm going to call Hi-Tech."

"I am a very meticulous person and as such I normally do everything myself, so when a buddy pointed me to Hi Tech to install my garage HVAC I was skeptical best. However after meeting with them for a quote, all my concerns fell to the side. The installation was a difficult one at best and these guys made it look simple. Additionally, the team came up with suggestions I had not even considered.
While I don't say this often about a contractor, these guys exceeded my expectations by a long shot! …and the customer satisfaction was outstanding… the job was so relaxing I wish I had another furnace/AC to install! It's too bad Hi Tech doesn't have other trades!"
